WHY ME
IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT
Most times we go through distressing situations that make us worried. Have you ever felt like you have a problem and you have no one to turn to.
You just feel angry, anxious, irritated, alone, helpless, you try to think to understand why you, why you are going through this challenge. Sometimes you feel like its your fault, like you caused what happened or that you could have prevented it.
It could be the loss of a loved one, the end of a friendship, the end of a relationship, a bad business deal gone wrong, a serious health issue, no money, the list is endless
Some days you feel so horrible that you just want to disappear, cry, tear your hair out, then you ask the universe why me, what did i do wrong, why does it seem like things don’t work out for me, why don’t they love me.

I have been there
I get how you feel
You are not alone
So many people feel as helpless as you do
So stay in that feeling, ride it out because i can’t tell you not to feel the pain you feel. Then after feeling sorry for yourself, get up and keep on trying.
Remember that it’s only yourself you have, no one else will show up for you if you don’t show up for yourself
You are strong, you can do this, you will come out of this and you will be happy soon. You are great, you are brilliant, you are amazing and absolutely nothing is wrong with you.
